Method/procedure
Use a rolling pin or other tool to roll out a small piece of clay to a thickness of about 3mm. The clay should be smooth and uniform. If desired, press multiple colors of clay together to create a swirling effect.

Put the letters on the rest of the foam board. Draw shapes from the letters.
Cut out the letter and punch a small hole 6mm away from the first letter with a paper tape punch as before. Do the same with the other two foam boards, so you have four sets of identical letters.
Peel the thin sheet off the back of each letter and glue it neatly in order. If found with squatting edge is not neat, you can trim the utility knife.
Finally, put a metal keychain through the hole.
